All OSU building locations have a preset location for all pick ups and drop off and should not be edited when booking a ride through the portal.  All riders were given this information in their welcome email and our drivers have the same information.  If you change a location and our driver goes to the predetermined location, they may "no-show" you and cancel your ride.
